Nottingham Forest-linked striker Luke Jephcott has put pen to paper on a new deal with Plymouth Argyle.
The Reds were among a number of clubs first said to be keen on the 21-year-old during the January transfer window earlier this year.
Arch-rivals Derby County, Stoke City and Sheffield Wednesday were also credited with an interest, while Pilgrims boss Ryan Lowe admitted there had been “a few inquiries”.
Jephcott was said to have had a £5m price tag placed on his head as the summer approached and speculation continued to swirl, amid an 18-goal haul in 46 appearances in all competitions.
The summer transfer window is now officially open, and it promises to be a busy one for Nottingham Forest.
The rumour mill is in full swing, with players being linked with moves to and moves from the City Ground.
Reds boss Chris Hughton has already started reshaping his squad, following the release of the club’s retained list, as he targets a top six place next season.
But there will be more outgoings and incomings on the horizon as managers have 12 weeks in which to do their business, before the window closes.
Matt Davies and Sarah Clapson discussed all the latest goings on in a live broadcast on our Forest Facebook page.
Here’s how it panned out.

Nowadays Roy Keane is well known for his cutting quips and quick-witted remarks as a television pundit.
But when the Irishman was just breaking through at Nottingham Forest, as one of the newcomers, he was the one on the receiving end.
England great Paul Gascoigne has recalled how he managed to get inside the head of a young Keane when he was making his way with the Reds.
The two crossed paths on the pitch when Gascoigne was still with Tottenham Hotspur and Keane was at the City Ground, having made the move from Irish side Cobh Ramblers in 1990.

Midfielder Emiliano Marcondes has been released by Brentford – an announcement sure to put a number of Championship clubs on alert.
Nottingham Forest were among those linked with the 26-year-old earlier in the season, along with QPR and Norwich City.
And he is now available as a free agent as the newly-promoted Bees have announced their retained list.
Marcondes, Henrik Dalsgaard and Luke Daniels are all coming to the end of their contracts and will be let go.
